If you make an online purchase, your card information is not held by us (see section, “How do we store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?” bellow). It is collected by our third-party payment processors who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions;

 

Data protection laws recognise certain categories of personal information as sensitive and therefore requiring greater protection, for example, information about your health, ethnicity and religion.

We do not usually collect sensitive data about you unless there is a clear and valid reason for doing so and data protection laws allow us to. If appropriate, we will make it explicit why we are collecting this type of information and what it will be used for.

How do we store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?


Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

Our company uses Google Analytics and the Facebook pixel, for the exclusive reason of, tracking website and marketing performance. Tracking information will be used by them if you consent to the use of analytics cookies (more on cookies below).

 

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

 

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

 

Please be reassured that we will not release your personal information to third parties unless we are required to do so by law, for example, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.

 

We may use your contact details to provide you with information about solutions and products we offer if we think it may be of interest to you.
